All of the packages below will also include a one-time setup fee of $99 (+regionally appropriate taxes, fees and surcharges) that include:
- Initial installation of the Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Solution
- Installation and Configuration of Internet Security Browser Extensions
- Scan and removal of malware and malicious browser plugins or extensions
- General health check per PC
After the initial health check, additional recommendations may be made to help secure, protect, backup and maintain the data most important to you. All Ad-Hoc services exceeding subscription level will be billed at $75 per hour, in 15-minute increments ($18.75/15 min) with a 30-minute minimum charge ($37.50) unless otherwise specified. Alpha Computing Technologies is not responsible for ANY data loss, damage, or deletion. We will, within our power and reasonable means attempt to recover data, configure backups, and provide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) consultation if desired at the rate defined in the subscription.
